Take me home tonight a homage to the 80's movies of old !

Going into watch Take me home tonight i got the distinct whiff of a bomb in my nostrils for the main fact that's its been out for a while and I've heard nothing of it , but looking at the cast its solid enough if not lacking star power.. Topher Grace cant carry a movie (don't hate me but I've never watched 'That 70's how) so this character hes playing is totally new to me and i found him very funny and believable as a human maybe not as a MIT grad.


The basic story line follows every 80's movie thats includes a crazy night hiijinx ... and an unbveliable ending being like the movies such as Fast Times... and Better of dead, these movies out rank any crap that's been produced now for teens lets look at whats come out ... Sex Drive and countless American pie rip offs sometimes you need a simple 80's crazy Rom-Com and that's what this movie brings you it reminded me off Hot tub time machine in terms of the nature of showing why the 80's were great and this movie deserves you to watch it whether young or old because once you watch this you realise how bad and grotesque the other other Genre movies you've watched are.


The characters within the move follow the simple system of all good comedy movies (ghostbusters , lethal weapon , three  and even american pie)  as seen in Its always sunny... that being 3 main characters Brains , Good looks and Dan Fogler being the Wild card because honestly his character is so funny and follows the suit with his coke rampage and break dancing. supporting characters do there part although i find Anna Faris one of the worst actresses in the world , The Ramblings of Chris Pratt are funny and he plays the jock well. It truly is a by the numbers 80's movie but whats wrong with that.


This certainly has Barlington's seal of recommendation
